Hi ladies

I've been trying to get pregnant for a few months but I always get a negative results. so I stopped hoping. My period is usually the second week of the month which usually falls on the 7th. But this month it came on the 1st and it was light at first and heavy on the second day and third and fourth day just brownish. just using a pantiliner. I've been feeling nausea and always feel like vomiting. now recently I just had this unusual feeling on my lower left stomach and now my nipples is sore.. could I be pregnant?
