Try white noise it works miracles! Didn't think it was true until my baby had her 3rd leap and I couldn't calm her for the life of me. Wish I could tell you the breastfeeding at this point gets easier but she's probably cluster feeding to build your supply and on you for comfort, my baby was the same way, she was literally living on the boob lol. But it does get better!
