Took my son to the daycare at the gym tonight. Was there for a little over an hour. I dropped him off and kept checking on him every 20 mins. I was a little annoyed bc they left him in the car seat the whole time. He was wide awake. There was a staff member sitting beside him the whole time. Why couldn't she just have picked him up?? They had a jumperoo and a bunch of toys. A little girl was playing with him while he was in the car seat. I feel like they were just being lazy... am I being overdramatic?

Did you ask why?, my Sitter at my gym plays with my kids. she loves them. piggy back rides, reads to them, spins then around. carries and rocks the babies. they are sweet girls

She said it was bc there were older kids there. I don't know what that has to do with him being in the car seat. @beebaby,

I mean we pay them to watch our kid so I feel like they should do more than sit beside them @raquely,

She probably thought you wanted your baby in there. I worked at a gym daycare as a manager and I could see one of the employees thinking something stupid like that lol

I was pretty upset. But yea next time I'm gonna just carry him in and see how it goes. I told myself I'm gonna try 3 times and see how they do with him. I mean if I had known they were gonna leave him in the car seat i could have just carried him around the gym with me lol @beebaby,
