Both of us working in the food industry makes it SO hard to get a constant routine into place. The hours are always so different week to week. I cannot wait for my husband to finally get his own store, so I won't have to work 3 days a week. My poor child has no routine. I try, but my schedule/hours are always changing. My husband is this close (👌🏼) to getting his promotion and receiving his own store...I'm praying it's soon. I don't know how much longer I can work without going insane.
