Ok so this may be a stupid question but does anyone know if your pregnant and sick does that mean the baby in your tummy can get sick too? I'm asking just because he hasn't really moved yesterday and this morning. Every morning around 630 he seems to always move but not this morning.

Thank you @kitcatmeow8383, sorry it took so long to write back but I'm starting to feel a little better and I think he just switched up his routine and I think he is sleeping in too because now he starts moving around 8 :)
