i am also 5 months PP but i am on Mirena. I got my period at 7 weeks PP then had my BC inserted. I've only spotted since. I've considered taking a pregnancy test once a month just to be sure. I'm scared as hell to have another baby this soon.

I had one at 5 weeks PP then again last month. I stoped breastfeeding when my daughter turned 3 months old due to drying up @jasholbert,

If you're breastfeeding then it may not come back. I had one at 5 weeks pp and not since. Everyone is different, some women are lucky and don't get one til baby is over a year, some get it immediately. It'll take a while to completely regulate, you didn't have one for 9 months.
