Anyone else on here suffer from Anxiety/panic disorder and constantly have a elevated heart rate even when you are not feeling anxious? Mine keeps running like 90-105 it even got to 120 today when I got a little anxious. The ER gave me one little ekg and just said it's anxiety. But I haven't ever heard of it making your heart rate constantly high, only when experiencing an attack I thought? Really need someone who has experience with this because it is definitely a scary thing not to know.

I did years ago, my old job gave me chest pains and high blood pressure. I had an ekg at 23 because my job ran me ragged. I got put on xanax and Dr told me my job was literally killing me and won't worth the stress it was causing me

Damn I started a new job as a CNA it so soon hard on me I bet that's the problem with me too. Plus a bunch of other things too but thank you girls for sharing. It helped me relax a little knowing I'm not the only one. @angelao777 and @mommyofacountryboy
