In your third trimester is sex suppose to be a little painful

In my experience it got a little uncomfortable but never painful. Couldn't hurt to get advice from you OB. Different positions maybe?

Ik it's a bit tmi but I think when it's back position and on top it hurts my hips but I don't know if there's any other position to do

It never bothered me but your cervix and that whole general area are probably swollen and sensitive so it could become painful.

I feel like it's bugging the baby

I can't do top because it hurts my hips waaaay too much! Try lying down on your side and him behind you. That's my fave! I always make sure to start off slow too
