They're honestly not a whole lot necessary. I wore my regular clothes rthroughout pregnancy except for pants. I wanted the maternity pants. Buy them whenever you feel uncomfortable in regular clothes. You don't need to rock a big bump to buy them. Wear what's comfy.
Agreed. I bought a couple dresses but ultimately I'm still in my normal clothes. My jeans are just now starting to get a little tight in the stomach and I'm 30 weeks. When they get uncomfortable I'll probably just pull out my leggings.
Thank you @jacesterlingsmommy, my tanktops and some of my shirts feel tight ones that were loose on me . My pants i havnt worn lol i couldnt wear them long after i found out i was pregant . Ive been wearing leggings , sweatpants or scrub pants at work
Whenever you find that your clothes are starting not to fit. I bought maternity clothes around 20 weeks... it was getting harder to button my pants lol. Now my old shirts don't even fit right. If you wear a lot of stretchy clothes as it is you can probably get away with not buying maternity clothes for awhile at least
My pants felt tight right after i found out i was pregant but im 15 almost 16 weeks and its like just some of my shirts and tanktops feel like they are getting tighter
Now for me I liked having a little more tighter tops to show off my bump lol. The only problem with regular clothes is the shirts tend to get too short when your belly gets bigger. Maternity tops are longer which I liked. I had a pair of maternity jeans and Bermuda shorts and I wore those the whole time I was pregnant and after.
