it's gone 10pm you can complain now, whenever they do it write down the date time and what the noises are and extent of the noise in a notebook or something so next time you get fed up and call the police show them everything you written down

definitely make sure they do something about it don't just let them fob you off, because if I was you they sure as he'll wouldn't be doing it when baby arrives and they would soon know what noise is when they decide they want a quiet one lol x
