I'm so overwhelmed and feeling sad. My SO knows my baby shower is today and his ass doesn't hurry up and when his family threw my baby shower his ass wanted me up early and was all hurrying me up. He doesn't compromise the same way I do with his family at all. I'm not feeling well either and it's getting to me. 😢

I'm sorry hun.. unfortunately there's not much you can do there. You can try and have a sit down and explain how that makes you feel, maybe say that you feel as though your family isn't important to him. I had the same problem when my husband and I first got together. It just takes time, but your feelings are bound to get hurt.

I had the same thing with my SO...he always wanted me to go to his family's parties and whenever I would tell him to come with me to mine he would say yes to shut me up and then cancel last minute 😒 but one night we just had a heart to heart about it and ever since he's made more of an effort to come to things with me and my family 🤗 I wish you the best of luck
