Men!!! Some men never get it. They don't like the baby stage they like the age where they can kick a ball and wipe their own butts. Just remind him when he's hungry or needs laundry washed he's on his own because you're busy with baby since he's too busy with himself. 😑

@josiahsmommy91815, that's great!!! It's hard enough to get blood fathers to bond let alone a father that took the place of dad. My husband is stepdad to my two kids and he rarely helps with any of their events or needs. They're older but it's still nice to have help. Baby will be here soon and I hope he steps up because he's her daddy. He's acting as tho he's excited about taking care of her so hopefully it sticks.

He works nights to but still even on his days off he doesn't help, I was married before her dad and I got back together and my ex husband helped me so much more with the baby, he would work all night 7pm-7am and come home and stay up because when he got home the baby woke up and he wanted to let me sleep a little more.
