You can clean it and dry it out with a q tip and alcohol if you aren't going to the Dr right away

My sons was open and healed the next day and my daughters bled some after falling off too and her doctor just used the alcohol qtip and used another fresh tip to dry.

thanks everyone we're on our way to the er to get proper care cause it seem like I suppose to be cleaning it but didn't know,..so imma go let them take care of it and tell me what's next,I'll let you know the update
