Question for my breastfeeding Mommas!

How often does your baby wake up and feed throughout the night? Mine wakes up every 2-3 hours, he's 4 months, is this normal? How do I get him to sleep for longer stretches at a time?

I've heard some moms say that adding rice to their nightly feeding actually is bad for their tummies..what are you thoughts? Thanks in advance!!
