Anyone deal with anxiety when driving in the car with your significant other?

Anyone deal with anxiety when driving in the car with your Significant other? I can't stand his driving. It really scares me sometimes, to the point where I can just imagine car accidents happening. I have told him repeatedly to watch his driving, to go slower&a to pay attention more.. He just tells me to loosen up and to relax.. I have to distract myself and be on my phone...
