So...A lady came up and asked how old henry is. I replied that hes 3 months. She glared at me immediately and said "Well obviosly you arent feeding him enough! The poor thing" I tried explaining​ that he was born early and had IUGR and thats why hes so small(hes around 9-10lbs). She then proceeded to tell me i was making IUGR up because shes never heard of it and her sister ia a L&D nurse. Took all i had not to yell at her. Im sick of people telling me my son is too small. Or that i must be starving him because he's so small. Or that its my fault hes tiny and i must have done something during my pregnancy to cause it. My son is FED! I would know, I'm the one up with him when he wakes up at night to breastfeed 3 times! IM the one who hides in her car under a blanket so i can feed my son right way! IM the one changing ridiculous amounts of diapers. IM the one that carried him and delivered him.I would know how big he should be. His doctor is happy with his size and amount of dirty diapers he has! Hes 100% Healthy! People act like they've never seen a small baby! Hes eating enough and on track developmentally, theres literally not a single thing wrong with him. Hes just small!
