I'm just in my second trimester and was hoping for energy but I still feel SOOO tired. Yes I have other kids and one is a very active toddler lol as well as being a pre k teacher and wife my hands are full. But what does everyone else do to boost energy? I so wish for a Red Bull hahaha
I know it's weird how exercising helps lol my dr wants me to do it daily to keep weight down but I feel too run down to even walk. Not enough time in the day
