Cloth diaper mamas! How often do you change them?

Do they still make cloth diapers? I would love to use them, my daughter has such a sensitive bottom

depending on the age of the child and if the diaper is wet every hr or 2, I don't change it unless it's dirty though

I change about every 2 hrs unless I know he is already dirty then I change sooner. If he's napping longer than 2 hrs, I change him when he wakes. Typically he needs changing right before and after a feeding.
