Found out we got the house! So super excited. Haven't posted anything on Fb, Cuz we haven't paid rent where we are staying, to use for moving, and Wanted a for sure thing before we gave them our notice. Ah! So excited! Will be in the place no later then the beginning of next month.

Where we are currently staying, we Signed a year lease. We have lived here two years. So after the first year we never resigned, and have been going on a month to month term. so we won't be technically breaking any lease.
But, We did have to break a lease in the past, In the lease it should say, What steps you have to take if you end lease early, Sometimes it's easy as just give them 30 day notice and pay a buy out fee, and That months rent. other times you have to find someone to take over the lease. unfortunately, if it doesn't say in the lease, you will have to speak directly to them.
