@ssdj4, u have to take an extra calcium with the gummies tho , I believe

I always drank a bunch of milk. my doc never said anything about extra calcium with them. @kedrababy

most the time their main concern is folic acid from what I understand. idk though. I honestly didn't take them like I should have anyway. @kedrababy
