The nausea can be from the hormone shift from estrogen to progesterone I get it every cycle in fact I'm 4 dpo and feel like imma throw up everywhere right now but it's nothing new for me. Not saying it isn't a good sign just that it is normal and nothing to worry about

this pregnancy that was my first sign.
