Neutropenia and dove soap it's what's really helped me. I'm not the type to get a full blown face of acne but with this pregnancy my hormones have been everywhere and I finally had a couple spler up

St. Ives apricot scrub with Neutrogena deep clean facial cleanser mixed together, African black soap, pat dry then cover face with a little coconut oil

cerve face wash & clean & clear spot treatment. I had it bad with my last pregnancy.
