I never went either and I feel good, however I did get myself a family doc an follow up with her. so do that instead

I'm not sure about it being bad but I can tell you what they check me for in the 6week check up.

when I went (in my case) she checked my csection incision to make sure there was no infection. then she did a pelvic exam to make sure my uterus was finally back to normal then she just did the standard follow up about our home, and my mental health like making sure our home was safe for our child and to see I had signs of PPD.

If you feel fine I guess. I wanted an internal just to make sure it was all good 😓
