how long before DD did you go on maternity leave? I'm ready to go....like yesterday LOL

I worked all the way up until my DD last Thursday and then I went on maternity leave and he still isn't here. I get induced Thursday if he's not here before then.

aww dang. that's what I did last pregnancy but I'm tired of working but then again I hate sitting around at home lol the struggle @dalehe86

That's kind of what I'm doing now. I feel like I could have worked but I've been have irregular contractions and he can come at any moment. I say do what is comfortable to you.

I left at 36w. I had a long commute so I was like f that. might as well relax at home while getting paid

when does pay start for maternity leave? or is it different from state to state.. @kambam

i went at 38 wks

im pretty sure its the same. its like 4 weeks before and then 4 after.
