Anyone have advice for getting pregnant? I had weight loss surgery 35 months ago and have some concerns about being able to conceive. Since I waited to have sex until I met my fiancé, sex is still pretty new to me. Also, I had a breast lift and implants (in front of the muscle) in July. Has anyone had trouble nursing after breast implants?
