Tips on ttc? I had a miscarriage three years ago. Since then I've married a man who has two children but also had a vasectomy roughly 9 years ago. I'm not sure to just give up on having his child or just go to artificial insemination. I'm just feeling lost while all of my friends get to have a family and I'll never experience my own miracle. I love his children like my own but I want my own. Any thoughts and or advice?
