do it on your most fertile days ... more than once

@ayden_mommy, how will I know I'm ovulating? I have a period tracker app that tells me but idk how accurate it is

@jadasmommy you can use a ovulation calculator and it will let you know your moat fertile days ... or you can do that too

@jadasmommy oh and ovulation happens 2 weeks before your next period

@ayden_mommy, @jadasmommy, what tracker do you use and my periods are pretty messed up like my last one was the 24-29 and I just started again today

its from the first day of your period to the and the next day before your period begins again ... So you will have to keep track of that ... So say if you got your period the 2nd that's your first days and then the day before your next period would be the 1st ...

if you have 29 day cycle you would be ovulating on day 15
