question alert! as you may know already have a 10 month old son but in the last month-and-a-half two months I have not gotten my period My period

Is ilregular I've taken two pregnancy test about 3 weeks ago maybe 4 and it came back that I was not pregnant both test negative I do not have the funds to go to the doctor because I don't have the co-pay what do you guys think I should do? should I take another at home test or should I save the money and go see a doctor and get a blood test I have been very careful with the protecion but there has been a couple times that we didn't have any and I'm not on birth control
