Unfortunately I'm about to give breastfeeding I can't pump nothing out anymore. I feel horrible.

When I put her on both breast within a hour she might want 2oz of supplement milk. When I'm home with her she will breast feed. However when I'm at work during the week I'm unable to pump and now I only have like 15oz of milk left in my stash. I been supplementing her with a hypo allergenic milk normally I make her bottle for the sitter with 2oz of breast milk and 2oz of supplement milk.

Thank you ladies it means a lot I really felt like quitting. If I take fenugreek it only increase my milk for my first pump session.

I'm going to power pump but the last time I tried I got nothing out.

Don't give up, I hardly get any when I pump too unless he doesn't eat on one side and I pump then I get like 3 oz. If I'm just pumping in between feedings I'm lucky to get 2oz. My son is very chunky and has been gaining a lb or so a week. He gets so much when I nurse, sometimes it pours out his mouth. If you work outside the home and need to work you can always supplement on a couple feedings a day and pump when he would usually eat. That way you're getting the most milk to pump because your boob's will be full. Or if you pump more often you will get enough to combine and make a reserve. You can also try pumping one side while feeding on the other. Don't give up due to pumping results, I was there and kept going despite of it and am so glad I did :)

My pumping sessions look similar to this but you don't have to quit jut yet! How bout drinking more water and taking some fenugreek or other supplements to help bump up your supply?
