I been on depo for almost 3 years I was supposed to get my a shot October but I didn't becuase me and my fiance want to have a baby ... My doctor just told me it will take 8 months to a year for me to get my period back wtf .... that is a long time we wanted to have another baby sooner 😰😓

@heyitsdan are you serioues ? that is crazy ! I only spotted when I didn't get the shot .... nothing since then.

@emonied wow that is crazy ... did it also make you again weight ? I gained at least 40 pounds with that shot .
I bleed almost non stop after my first Depo shot. They told me it would get better it never did. For quite a while. And my cousin didn't even get her period back for more than a year after stopping depo. Good luck. Hope it happens fast for you.

@emonied omg wow ! yea I will never go on depo ever again . When did you start getting your periods again ? around the time you conceived ?

@ayden_mommy yes I hate the depo after I had my son I never turned back to it , it took a year for me conceive. @beebaby do you have any information on the nexplanon

@beebaby hey are you a doctor ? I don't understand why they offered me that knowing it would do this and I told them we planned on have another kid in 3 years . They didn't even me the long list of side effects that the shot comes with smh . Very disappointed and longer ? how much longer ?
Yeah. that is why I dislike and never offer to my patient depo as the first option. It can sometimes take longer than that. But it may not take that long
i hope i have my baby this week...or in a couple of years...if he wants to come out...it's whatever he wants 😓
20 days to my due date and yesterday I was 1 cm dilated. I’m so ready to be a mama to my baby. But she’s so not wanting to come out. Anyone have tips, to get my baby out?
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?
Birth Plan Rant I used to be all about getting an epidural, but after research and thinking about it more I want to have an unmedicated birth (this is my first baby). What annoys me is when I say that I'm going to TRY my hardest to have a natural and unmedicated birth people always feel the need to say that I'm crazy or that I'm going to change my mind when I get in that position. Or that epidurals are the best. I do realize that plans change, but why can't people be supportive and encouraging?
For my dirty 30 and older mommas: At what age do you draw your line at being pregnant? I want to say mine is 35 but I’m getting close to that age and I want one more baby before 35. I might be pushing it if I say 37. Anyone get pregnant in their mid to late 30s? How was it for you? I wish I would have started my baby making years earlier but I never imagined I’d want all these kids 🤣.

I got off depo. Had some bleeding like a period right after I miss the shot. Then it took about 9 months or so to have a regular cycle. I'd had periods but they were irregular. I conceived a little under a year after stopping. I wasn't actively trying until the end though.
