I'm usually a one-cup-only coffee drinker, but I'm on #2. My daughter will be 11 months old at the end of the week. She's been sleeping through the night 95% of the time since she was 6 weeks old. But for the last week she's been waking up 2-4 times throughout the night. Is this another sleep regression?

I heard theres a 12 month one so maybe ur daughter hit it a bit early. We r in the 8 month regression and its pure torture

Ugh i hope our end is near too but now he caught a cold on top of it so we will c what this week brings
