im better now. I can't swallow pills so i have to crush it. it doesn't taste too good so the gag i used to be able to supress, i cant anymore @lillyb

awe that sucks. I usually don't have problems swallowing pills but lately when I take my prenatal it almost makes me gag.

i take a gummy prenatal. it is pretty gentle on my stomach @lillyb

Mine is fine once I get it down lol just some days it almost makes me gag. Hoping it'll pass in a few weeks.
