Ladies I'm thinking of introducing bottle to Olivia inbetween breastfeeding,mainly so my partner can feed her too. I'm going to be expressing but have no idea what to do after that lol. How long can it b in the fridge for and how on earth to you warm it up,at what temperature? #clueless🙈

Once you've made up a bottle you can keep it in the fridge for 24hrs. I'd recommend a bottle warmer to warm it up. It doesn't have to be a certain temp depends how baby likes it. I've always boiled the water, left bottles on the side & added formula when Morgan or Max wanted a bottle. Given at room temperature. Health visitors would not recommend that but it's how I've always done it lol

Oh sorry not sure if you meant about keeping breast milk. Wouldn't haven't a clue about that lol

breast milk you can keep in fridge for 24hrs and frozen for a few months I believe. I would always express and put in fridge, then take out and leave at room temperature. I think once it's out you have a few hours to use. that's what I did x
