I would definitely go in! that does sound like labor! at least from my experience.

Oh ok well the pressure can be the baby pushing into your canal getting ready for labor you can call l&d and they could advise whether to go in or not

@hernandez @taneisha95 how long does it take to dilate? I was just 1cm on Friday. The pressure is subsiding some but my back hurts and I'm nauseous now. Do I still go? I'm going to try a hot shower first

everyone is different, but from my experience I dilated very fast. I'd say I was at 3cm and within an hour was ready to push. but everyone is different. If you feel you need to go in, I would call labor and delivery and tell them how you feel. they can tell you what to do :)
