Question! What would you think if your daughter sees your mil naked? Or if your mil says your daughter can take a bath with her?
My daughter is almost 2, and I know she's her granddaughter, but when my daughter is in the bathroom with my mil when she's naked, It grosses me out and is kinda weird so I take her out. My husband agrees. And I told her no, my daughter isn't bathing with her. Only person she should see is me because I'm her mother and I gave birth to her. Thoughts!?

I, personally*, think it's weird. However, I work with a family that are all nude practically all the time at home. Dad, mom, son, daughters, grandma (who lives there also.) I told him once that I wouldn't be able to live like that, and he was just like "it's normal to us. It's the body God gave us, so, why hide it?". Idk..I guess to each their own. But, YOU are the mom. You make the rules! 👌🏼

@firstbaby_girl, I think it depends on the maturity of ur daughter and how close u are to ur mil. I have a son so no matter what I would say no but if I had a daughter and she asked to take a bath with my mom her grandma I would say yes my mil I would say no only bc I don't care for her mothering skill she not a hands on mom bc my husband is a only child and when I was pregnant she said she hoped it wasn't a girl I was offended by that. She also had breast cancer and only has one breast so that is 2 confusing for a child to see and understand. My mom is very good loving sweet with kids so I would let her. Even if my son is 5 or 6 and wants to bathe with me I will allow it bc there will be a time when he is embarrassed and don't wanna mama anymore and I will wish I would have cherished every little time when he was small. From the sounds of your situation I would say no especially if ur hubby says no and it's his mother that's kinda weird he must not approve of her mommy skills either. Hope it all works out
