my last landlord is such a jerk told me he would mail deposit out by 10th waits till the 8th & tells me he's not giving me it claimed he was pointed out issues with the way i left the apartment told me he would.send pictures to my email i never got no pics .. so i reported him to health department and told them he won't give it back how you gonna be a slumlord never fix shit then wanna be petty with deposit hell naw im not letting that one slide. health department gonna make him fox more money worth of stuff than my deposit was anyways so he can have fun with that .
