I honestly have never met a man so excited to meet his daughter!

He was previously married before we met, Had a daughter in 2001, Who was born extremely premature. she was 19.5 weeks And unfortunately passed away after a few days on earth.

We have been married now for almost 3 years and Ever since the day we got married we tried to get pregnant. Caused a lot of stress, depression, and guilt.We were both told we would never be able to conceive, We turned to fertility medicine, nothing worked. When we decided it was best to stop trying, Thats when we became pregnant.

The moment I became pregnant I was scared, Anxious and Excited. I knew down in my heart what I had to do.

After thinking long and hard , And asked others for their opinions, I brought up the scariest thing ever to my husband.

"If we have a girl, I think we should name her after Baby Elizabeth"

His face went blank and tears started rolling. He went on to tell me how that's the most thoughtful thing anyone has ever done, And how he thinks it's a great Idea.

The moment we found out it was a girl, How my goodness, You can see the excitement in his eyes. I knew he would be excited either way.

Now we are counting down the days until her arrival, and everywhere we go, he doesn't care if he knows people or not, He tells them about Our little miracle. And how squirmy she is, and how perfect she is going to be.

I am so Thankful for this man, And I wouldn't ever want to go through this journey with anyone else.
