I'm confused I've been bleeding but only when I wipe for about a week now and I wore a pad all day yesterday and just a tiny bit of blood like just spotting was in my in my pad so I'm trying to figure out if this is implantation bleeding...

I feel like it is implantation bleeding but how do you know for sure?
