It's been 4 months since my c section delivery and I still can't do the exercises I want to do to loose the "pooch" 😩.... any ideas 💡?
Eat clean, drink lots of water and walk as much as possible!
baby carry and walk thats what i found worked for me
I changed my diet and walked a lot and it eventually was gone.
