we went to visit my dad today and when we got there S was hungry and my dad immediately says "everytime I see him he is fussy" and then I fed him and gave him to my dad to hold, half an hour passes and Sawyer starts to fuss again, at this point he has been up for about a little over an hour, so he is tired. my dad starts complaining and saying I just need to let him cry it out. I understand that's his opinion but I told him that I am not going to do that, and he said "you're gonna end up just like your sister and jameson" (her son) because he can be clingy to my sister in certain situations, as any child is to their mother 😒, and they cosleep. so my response was "that's perfectly fine, I think she has done a great job with him. and I want to show my child all the love I can, which involves never leaving him to cry it out. he is too young and only cries for legitimate needs and reasons. to let him cio is to teach him i wont always be there." and he just rolled his eyes he thinks I'm being stupid. he also said I shouldn't cloth diaper. but what does he know he barely ever changed mine according to my mother.
