So upset! It snowed all night last night and both my neighbors left their dogs outside😢 I've called the vet, animal services, and the police. The police said as long as there is some form of shelter all they can do is ask the people to take their dogs inside... this breaks my heart, it's going to be 7 degrees tonight and those poor dogs are gonna freeze💔
