So I'm leaving my baby with grandma for 5 days while I go out of town and haven't been able to save up enough breastmilk in my stash for him.. not sure what to do. Leaving tomorrow so a donor is pretty much out of the question. He's never had formula before and I'm afraid of him having a bad reaction to it especially if I'm not going to be there. He's 9 months old by the way. Help please! 😩

The already made formula is better. It's liquid and taste like a shake
But even that took him a month to take so good luck lol
I was strictly breast-feeding till this past month I started supplementing and the only thing my son would take was the already made Enfamil infant. It taste like a shake Lol he hated the formula because it just tasted like straight metal. Also he only liked it super hot
I would call your pediatrician for advice. I am sure that is you try a formula for gentle tummies, he will be fine though. At 9 months, chances of him having a terrible reaction are very low.
