that first period is horrific! it was the worst one I've ever had, cramps heavy bleeding, the whole nine yards

i had already stopped bleeding but yesterday i was lifting more than i should have & woke up this morning soaked in blood.. its not heavy anymore more back to spotting so i think i may jus have or did it last night @geekymomma13 @blessed-n-proud7
