So starting my interview, a financial lady bursts in and states that she didn't like the way i filled out my form. I wrote that I want to be notified of things that are noncovered (aka insurance will not pay for) prior to doing it so I can choose. She was so rude. I literally have had the SHITTIEST Experience and they haven't done anything yet. I will not continue to see this place IM SO ANGRY and stressed out. It shouldn't be this way AT ALL. Not comforting AT ALL. Im sitting here crying

That's horrible. u have a right to kno what's covered or not before they do it. She has NO right to be rude with u about it or say that she didn't like the way u filled it out. we'll it's not wrong so u can suck it up buttercup. ugh. I hope u can find a better place cuz u do not deserve that
