I'm so terribly full of gas! My stomach is super hard.. what can I do to get rid of this gas?

lmao. I woke up this morning went to the restroom & when I went back to the room I was like wtf husband have you farted all night, he said thats you & baby

lol I feel like I'm so full of gas it's ridiculous no matter what I eat I have to let out the biggest farts after and they never stink they are just sooo loud, like MAN farts 😂😂

Stand on all fours with butt in air OR LAY flat on belly with hands at the sides and wiggle Side to side. Also walking couple blocks a day pushes things out !!!
