Acer is awesome. I have an Acer netbook that still runs after like 10 years

My husband got me a brand new one. Windows 10 and a week after I got it it powered off and wouldn't come Back on. The company replaced it with a refurbished on (used) but it's so slow I can't even get on Facebook with it
