Your milk doesn't dry up fully sometimes. I've heard some moms still have it 4 years after having kids. It could also just be a surge of hormones (maybe like you haven't gotten a period and it's coming? Or pregnant?). Is it like full blown milk or like thick colostrum? Always talk to a doctor if you feel the need though 😊
