anyone else's baby old get super hyper at night? my baby is usually asleep by 7 but she's been acting crazy around this time the past few days... how do i settle her down for bed?! (she's 5 1/2 months)

i turn all the lights down so its dark, put on music or a movie and dont talk/interact. after bedtime routine which is bath, a walk, and a book.
