Some babies prefer more milk at a time and go longer between feedings. My son just has always done like 4 oz every 3-4 hours until recently. Now he only has a bottle in the morning, nap and before bed.

My son only eats 12-16 ounces of breastmilk now a day that he's eating 3 meals a day.
