this is why I been sleeping all day, got up to get a drink and started feeling my cramping again... they say to time them but what does that mean? see how long line lasts and then when it stops see when another one starts?

Keep hydrating, take two tylenol is what a nurse told me and time! Also lay on your right side. 🙂
